By working in collaboration with project Arch. Ivo Trumpy the initial 7 “rusticos” in the village of Germanionico situated at 1500 m.a.s.l. were restored back to their original state. Under the supervision of Ballenberg Swiss Open-air museum and the Swiss Federation these buildings dating back to the late 16th and early 17th century have been rebuilt using the same building techniques of the period.
