Blanco AD was asked to design a holiday home, nestled amongst olive trees, in the South of Spain. The concept required the capacity to securely shutter the space from the off- season weather, and to be opened up to the vistas and great Andalusian sky.
There is tempo and flow to be found in the lines of a sweeping curved wall. There is calm in a colour and energy in the light. There is delight in the rustling and dancing shadows of leaves.
